Ultima S&M is made from pure Dynaflex® PE Micro Fibres and is consequently very low in diameter and has effectively no stretch.

Made with a round profile to minimise drag and then Teflon coated for smoothness S & M casts further and more easily than normal braids.

The high floating nature and low diameter of S & M avoids snags and maintains the most direct line with your spod or marker float.

The Spod braid is high visibility Fluorescent yellow the most effective colour at deterring gulls. The Marker version is low vis green to ensure maximum concealment .

Use in conjunction with a Vulcanite or Guerrilla mono shockleader or one of our braided shockleaders.

For me Ultima S & M is the ultimate braid for achieving maximum range and accuracy when I cast out a Spod. There is no stretch and it is high floating so particularly with the high Vis yellow option I can see my swim outlined clearly.

S&M specialist braid are made from the latest pure Dynaflex© PE Fibres. It has a round profile and is Teflon© coated for longer, smoother casting. The high floating nature and low diameter of both avoids bowing and snags to maintain the most direct line with your spod or marker float. Total sensitivity is achieved by additional pre-stretching the braid, reducing the stretch to effectively zero. The Spod braid is high visibility fluo yellow the most effective colour at deterring gulls and is available in 25 and 30lb. The marker version is low vis green to ensure maximum concealment and is available in 20 and 25lb.
