Delivery Tracking
All deliveries are made by DPD using track and trace. You will receive a PDD tracking number by email and you will be able to track your shipment at DPD Ireland Tracking. The tracking number is also entered on your order and can be viewed on your account once the shipment has been processed.

Delayed Parcels
You will receive detailed tracking and delivery information by email about your parcel and its progress with DPD. If there is no one to sign for the parcel when DPD attempt to deliver it DPD may request that you collect it from the nearest DPD collection point. In the event of a missing DPD parcel please advise us by email with the tracking number to admin@ultimauk.com
